Recently I read this story: CAT CANDLES to a pack of Cub Scouts for a Halloween treat. They were very polite. It was a big audience, maybe twenty or thirty kids and parents. They were quiet, they enjoyed the story, and they thanked me when I was done. Felt good. Today, I got this from one of the scout masters...and I'm still smiling:
Tomorrow I read to students at a community college.
I can only hope they live up to the Cub Scouts example.
