Urn with Vaclav Havel´s ashes placed in family tomb in Prague
Prague - The urn with the ashes of Vaclav Havel, former Czechoslovak and Czech president who died on December 18 aged 75, was placed in the family tomb at Prague´s Vinohrady cemetery today.
The private commemorative act was attended by widow Dagmar Havlova, Havel´s brother Ivan with wife Dagmar, Havel´s closest aides as well as representatives of the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of Saint Charles Borromee who were taking care of Havel at the end of his life.
A Catholic priest spoke at the ceremony that was held on the 15th anniversary of Havel´s marrying his second wife, Dagmar.
