I will class this as the 'A' list. It starts with James Patterson at $94Million$.  I find that I am not on this list. I will grant that there must be a 'B' list. And a 'C'. I - alas - am not on either of these. It is not - I feel - for a lack of striving. Which I will continue to do. Why, this afternoon I return to what I am certain is a $$M$$ Thriller. I am in the last third. {OK - I will accept a third of a million. Isn't that compromise enough?}
