This caught my eye, though I do wonder about taking three weeks in the month of January. I picture a more pleasant time in May - or September.
It is a contest sponsored by The Paris Review to give an author three weeks to finish a manuscript. I have two novels which are in the last quarter of completion. Do it in three weeks - I dunno.
There is a kicker, however - the author must be under contract with a publisher for the work in question. Seems to me it would be more of a boon to an author who has not already passed that hurdle.
Just sayin' [DE]
