Up and coming stars in music, cosmetics, and broadcasting are the focus of today’s Express Yourself!™ with co-hosts Courtney Cheng and Rachel Glass. Clare Durant, a broadcast hopeful going to university in Indiana, auditions as a reporter for Braving Gravity, a newly launched Iowa band currently on a US tour and playing in New York City, We Are Jocelyn debuts their original music, and a new make-up artist for film, art, and fashion from Boston, Alexandra Angelone, jump off the Express Yourself!™ launch pad.

Clare Durant, 18, dreams of hosting her own TV and radio show. She’ll audition today with a segment called Braving Gravity, an inspirational piece encouraging teens to follow their dreams.

Jocelyn is a brand new pop / rock band from Iowa City, Iowa. They released their debut EP "To You and Yours" June 3rd, after recording with producer Kevin Gates in Springfield, Missouri. Since releasing their five track EP they have been on the road for two straight months; from San Diego, California to Boston, Massachusets, promoting their name and music. Alexandra Angelone is a professional makeup artist who believes that true beauty encompasses all of a person. It starts with caring for yourself in body, mind, and soul.  Doing make-up is an art form to Alexandra. Without any formal training, she has made her passion into her profession using natural products.
