To earn his Eagle Award, Ryan worked at the local middle school to organize an art project for Respect All Differences Day, which has an anti-bullying theme. Students created 288 tiles expressing "kindnesses," which he used to create a tolerance mural that was mounted on a wall by the school library. Now the Boy Scouts have said he may not win his badge because he is gay. Cynthia Brian and Heather Brian get on the anti-gay bandwagon to help Ryan and prevent this discriminatory action from the Boy Scouts.
