Craig Lancaster's Biography
Member Info
I was born in Lakewood, Washington, in 1970. In my formative years, family life tethered me to North Richland Hills, Texas, but I also spent parts of many childhood summers with my father, an itinerant worker, in all sorts of rural Western outposts.I'm a longtime journalist who has worked at newspapers big and small in Texas, Alaska, Kentucky, Ohio, California, Washington and Montana. I've been an NFL beat writer and the editor of a big-city sports department. These days, I run a small copy desk at a newspaper in Montana while also working on my fiction. My wife, Angie, and I live in Billings, Montana, with two rambunctious dachshunds, Bodie and Zula.
