A recent 16-page supplement to Publishers Weekly, titled “The Relaunch of Clive Barker,” breathlessly described the full range of Mr. Barker’s talents. He is not simply the filmmaker who brought us the Hellraiser series and devised Pinhead, the many-needled bête noire in those movies.
