A new posting over at my Wordpress blog, an essay on the redemptive power of fantasy. I call it "A Life of the Mind" and I think more than a few writers and readers here will draw some inspiration and hope from the piece. I mention scribes like Lovecraft, Ray Bradbury and P.G. Wodehouse, authors whose imaginative powers gifted the world with some fine literature...and afforded them (the writers) some peace of mind.
