Dear world at large,

 I am going through the process of trying to put my husband's book into Kindle. I have a perfectly formatted PDF file but the site advises against using that and wants me to convert it into HTML. Easy enough in Word but what about the front and back cover? How do you get those to appear as they should? I have scanned the help sites and have found one document that might help but it is broken right now and won't open.

Does anyone have any experience that they want to share?
