Well, this is my first blog here and maybe the last. I'll see how interested I am as things progress. I'm entering NaNoWriMo this year with a story with a working title of: Contract of Death though the contract itself is a MacGuffin and never really seen.
I did NaNoWriMo last year as well and squeaked past the mark at the last minute. Last year, I didn't so much run out of time as I ran out of story. We'll see how things fare this year.

And, noting your bio, I have a friend 'Andrew' who goes by 'Fish' intentionally, also a spin on a last name. The advantage, of course, is he's often the only 'Fish' in a crowded room. There's no ambiguity, and the person calling out looks like a nut case. Everyone wins.
I hope you share some of your work here, I'd love to build more of a scifi/fantasy community. Not to mention I'd like to read some of it!
