Yorkshire suffers the singular misfortune of having me as a native son. Roaming the world in a professional capacity as an IT Architect has not blunted the qualities that Yorkshiremen bring to the world - tight, begrudging and narrow minded, I cut a swathe through the english public school system that ended abruptly in 1972 with my formal expulsion from Uppingham. Denouncing the ancient establishment as a breeding ground for lackeys and lickspittles, I decamped to Montreal, there to continue railing against the empire.
Living in London and having survived fifteen years in the music business, five years as a lecturer in IT and twelve years in industry, I read, write and play tennis.
