Dangerous people are everywhere. Take any ER in any mid-sized city, cowtown USA, public hospital ER's 2 per state, so we are talking 100 ER's across the USA and than multiply that sociatal network across Europe, the middle east, India, Indonesia, China, Africa, Austrailia, back across the South Americas, there is a lotta sheet happenin right now. A lot of dangerous people causing mahem and madness, the low hum of evil. Tonight an old lady will be dragged across a parking lot by her purse in a robbery attempt, tearing her left arm, her right hip smashed, and die of the complications, maybe her husband will be run over in the attempt, a two year old will be bitten the "adult" bite marks visible and raped. All ER adult bite mark photos of children should be published each day. And the gunshot wound survivors. The under 10 year old child rape kits across the USA and the rape kits for the elderly 75+. There are a lot of dangerous people. The male rectal rapes that are totally ignored medically and by society that happen all the time, rape is a serious crime in all forms. I would invite every humanist and every christian to both respecively have to spend a year in an ER or as a rape crisis center volunteer. To me they are both equally misguided and ill informed; both the humanist and the Christian.
The things I mentioned are considered mostly petty crimes, you could theoretically get more time for a small amount of meth or stealing a car. Continueing with this violent stuff. The nightly gun shots and knife fights. A favorite is to knife the failed druggie in the ass 20 times by one guy while two others held them from the front. We called it the heroine cure. They never pressed charges and often only smoked pot and took valium and quit the meth and heroine after the attack. Drug addicts. Although so much evil done cold stone sober. Pathologies of all sorts. The personality disorders, running over families taking a walk together after dinner, in the evening, for attention on the news. The pedophile priests. The pedophiles taking the boyscouts camping. The pedophiles doing whatever it took to access children. Beware of anyone with a history of hiding whatever they are trying to hide. It is usually for a good reason.
So I find Obama going after Osama bin laden direclty, Openly, without any excuses very relieving. Also a bit relieved that Michael Jackson was offed accidentally by that doctor. The doctor is coming up on manslaughter charges and is obviously drug addicted himself and was terribly negilgent and somehow known by the Jackson family and liked. My only strangly observation about the Michael Jackson accidental anesthetic IV drug overdose at his request that it didn't accidentally happen sooner. Less stories to have to watch about the pedophilia and drug addiction. Less future children coming forward with stories of being in bed with Michael or given alcohol and perhaps drugs and parents given money with strict secrecy clauses. May that doctor of Michael Jackson's be looked at as a hero eventually for offing that pedophile and thus protecting future children. It is obvious the Jackson family feels confident that the money paid to protect Michael from felony charges by these children to their parents will keep them quiet.
As for dangerous people who use their wealth to create havoc I have little sympathy and only know from my ER work experience that there are a lot of dangerous people in the world. I am respectful when someone dies but not in fantasy about dangerous people. Every ER has gun shots on a daily basis. Two or three a day depending on the size of the city. With over 10 thousand gun shot deaths each year in the USA and 40 thousand gun shot wounds. We are gathering a huge data base of survivors of gun shot wounds. A great story would be to send 2 newspaper reporter social workers to scout out each of the 2 main public ER's in each state and record the rapes, the disheartening adult bites on children, the gun shot survivors, the petty deaths by low brow criminal activity and worst of all the real pathologic behavior in addtion to the regular crisis medical care of asthma, stroke and babies with coughs, car accidents and stitches. We need to document what is really happening and so when pathological people die, although against the death penalty, it is in some sort of context of how violent people can be on a regular basis. To be honest I try to avoid ER's as a rule and prefer the daylight of the clinic. Most things can wait until morning.

That was an amazingly brave
That was an amazingly brave article. I think you are right about rape. How many women go through marital rape? And men it does happen to men and I don't know if they get any support. You mentioned Barbara Streisand in our last convo. If you despised Michael Jackson for his drug addicted actions, I hate Barbara Streisand. I mean I love her voice and her music but when I watched Prince of Tides and the boy got raped, it made me sick. I don't think you should go to a movie and then need counselling afterward. I mean what mother puts her kid in that role of acting out rape. Barbara Streisand was the director I udnerstand or at least was the lead role. I agree with you there is a lot of distrust out there. Michael did have his problems. Definately drugs was one of them. Drug addicts (not specifically Michael) do seem to lose their humanity at some point. The drug owns them. I worked in the ER myself for a short stint but nothing too graphic for me.

oh i can be too graphic
oh you, i was very traumatized by that movie with the children from india, i can't even remember the name because it makes me feel bad that the little boy was blinded by acid by adults so he could beg better and was doubly upset that nobody warned me or i would have never agreed to see such a mean movie. i do believe it was a bit of luck that michael jackson was offed, he is filmed actually talking about his belief in boy man love? what the? most people are not saying that kind of thing. i also got upset by that jodie foster movie about rape.
yes, it is a harsh topic and very common. what i mean in this blog is that people are really bad sometimes and when one of those bad people die, i don't rejoice, and i don't believe in the death penalty. what i do believe is that we lucked out. and i am relieved that i dont have to have 20 more years of michael jackson stories although sad for his children in a strange way they are better off as he was a iv drug addict and had a serious history of pedophilia with boys. i am just relieved i dont have to read between the lines in the media about that for the next 20 years of my life. oh i wish i wrote about fairylands and stuff, my novels are very positive, i wish i could get that blog pleasant stuff panter down to a science. also i dont think osama was worried about the families when he sent out those 19 young men using his connections and money. Just relieved not rejoicing or anything. c
so much is written about him
so much is written about him and how the boy lied to get money and such but truthfully I think MJ outed himself. When the police raided his compound they found he had an alarm that would go off if anyone got too close to his bedroom and there were so many other incriminating things. So I think despite the gossip mongers I think he did have a pedophelia tendency and problem and I think that comes from maybe a drug addiction. They say emotional development is arrested when you become an addict so he may have been a 50 year old man but he was probably a child inside wanting to be with children. I think that when you see things up close and the realities of the suffering that people endure and you are left to help clean up the mess that leaves you with a realness. I get angry at this love your enemy crap and forgiveness crusade. I actually subscribed to that years ago. It was supposed to be the way to freedom but it just turns you into a schmuck that people walk on. I don't love my enemy but I do pray and that does help me anyway. Anything to make the world a safer place to be huh??
thanks for the reply

i have an ambivilance about the jackson thing too
i read that the boy who testified had a hucksterish past of trying to use his illnesses etc to semi manipulate people for money etc. so yes the kid was a strange person and his mother. despite that he seems to have an extensive history with other children and pedophiles have this weird tendency to create child attractive environments like neverland, ew. i mean he lives in california and they have so much there for kids and sea world and everything, so i always felt neverland was the manifestation of a person who was not all there all the way. part of it is eccentric and cute and than there is something really disturbing about the entire thing. so yes i am not sure as he was able to pay large sums to the kids who complained parents and avoid charges;
i type fast
the trial will be interesting
I am convinced that because of the seriousness of his negligence and Jackson's history the LA courts are not eager to give that doctor a plea bargain. We are going to see a great example of American due process for all those children of Michael Jackson silenced in this trial. And bring to light the death of a 50 year old under very suspicious circumstances. He didn't die spilling white light. He died a serious IV drug abuser under very weird circumstances. With a very garbled history of hoppin into bed with little kids.
I worked in the OR and ICU
I worked in the OR and ICU and I will tell you Propofol is an anesthetic drug. So for him to administer that outside a medical facility is just almost unheard of and I would think inappropriate. I can see your strong sense of justice in this. I guess time with tell.

i think the trial is going to be a doosey
i am kinda on the doctors side, yes the dr is a total nutcase but is so I am curious if the trial will shed some light on what happened so that we are not letting fame get in the way of an investigation; No matter how happy his music makes us or how bad the doctors behavior doing that was. I had this other tangential thought i was remembering that character in the John Irving book "Cider House Rules", who was an ether addict.
