Cat is a woman of a sensible age (but that in no way implies that she is sensible). Cat lives in Upper Hutt, New Zealand, with her husband and children. She is a long time member of Backspace.org, (an online writers group) and is very active on FaceBook and Twitter. In the last few years her short stories have appeared in ThrillerUK, Mystericale, Bewildering stories, T-zero, The Writers Post Journal and Conceit Magazine.
Free short stories and sample chapters of both her novels are available for download from her website: http://catconnor.wordpress.com/
The biggest influence on my writing would have to be Janet Evanovich. With more immediate and tangible influence coming in the last year or so via Graeme Johns.

Reading, movies, music. Depending on my mood I enjoy tie-dying and sewing. I've even been known to knit -but not often these days.
