Stars Fall
Stars FallStars have fallen, so have I.Not like shooting, toward the earth.Emotions slipping, downward pulled.Catch my breath, keeping me up high.Never touch, the ground so inviting.Pull me in gravity’s embrace. But can leave. My own free will.Let me fall.Don’t try to catch.Falling stars. And I.Like some burning former heaven.I seek another place to dwell.Don’t touch the earth. It keeps what it grabs.Within its airy shell.Vacuum welcomes me.Eternity call me home.Solar winds spin me round,
Never touch the ground.
