Summer or Winter reading...
Bloody_ham_front cover 2.JPG

Now that winter has officially started Down Under in Australia, and Summer up north in US, Canada and Europe. For those who are squeezing into bathing suits and heading off for a holiday in the sun, some good reading is a requisite. And I suggest you take Belinda Lawrence along. She's good company.

For those in southern climes and who are cuddling up by the fire, wearing warm jim jams and sipping hot chocolate, Belinda is equally at home in cozy winter situations.

Wherever you are, best check out her adventures when she and Hazel Whitby go sleuthing, and they welcome amateur sleuths attempting to solve their cozy murder mysteries.

Ireland

Hello Mary,

no, born in Australia: third generation Aussie. But of course the family came from Ireland, Wexford  via Liverpool about 1850 ish. I'm ashamed to admit that I've never made it to Ireland - but I will, I promise!  Both sides of my family are Irish. On my mother's side the O'Briens and the Egans, so what hope have I got!

We believe that it was from one of these cottages that our Great Great Grandfather left for UK and Australia.

Good to hear from you and good luck with your writing.

 Best wishes,

 Brian
