Balloons for Daniel
This video is a tribute to Daniel Rafferty. Daniel had a rare chromosomal anomaly called IDIC(15), which can cause developmental and physical problems. He died on January 10, 2012. He was seven years old.
On Valentine's Day, members of Daniel's IDIC(15) "family" - other families of children and adults with IDIC(15) - released balloons in Daniel's honor.

The story of civilization is the story of what happened on the banks."”
