Literature often speaks louder than military or political strengths or the press' muscle, and Louise Erdrich's new novel, "The Round House," speaks to the ways of Native Americans, a submerged minority we often hear little about.
Congratulations to Erdrich, a Native American, for winning The National Book Award for this book. It will be on my reading list for next year. See the below link for details of this award.
