Arthur Kopecky's Biography

After graduating from City College of NY, Art became devoted to the counter-culture revolution spending eight years at the New Buffalo ranch in the mountains of New Mexico.This was one of the most successful of the back to the land communes;  Art chronicled the ideas, work and personalities of this great American story, published as "New Buffalo; Journals from a Taos Commune" and "Leaving New Buffalo Commune" by UNM Press.  Convinced that this intentional community cause  is critically important for an invigorated progressive movement, Art works and writes to promote this rising movement.
