Arianne Damiano's Biography
Member Info
I was born in South Boston, a very small town in southern Virginia. I lived there for a short few years, a young child, with my mother. She and my father split up pretty early on, around my age of one or two. From there on, I lived with my single mother until she had met a new man. They married, and we moved to Stuart, an evem smaller town in Virginia. We stayed up there for a few years, enjoying the ''mountain life'', before coming back. I came back and went to Elementary School; I won't say which one simply because there are more than one. But regardless, Elementary School was a bust of sorts. I didn't make friends easily then. I was shy, and overweight, as well as the smart kid. So, I was picked on. Then came Middle School, which was ten times worse and totally shattered my confidence. But by the end of it, I'd grown a nice tough skin to take all the insults and bullying. I expected High School to continue this wretched cycle of childhood horror, but it didn't. My freshman year was quite well, and I made friends quickly. I really found myself then; getting my sense of humor as well as my outspoken ways. I grew to become a quick people person, and made very few enemies. I also met, in ninth grade, one of my important influences. Her name is Amanda B. Everett, and she was my English Teacher. She got me into writing, while elsewhere I pursued art. My years have passed in HCHS, and I'm a Senior now. I've become one of the craziest and coolest people I know; and have a great passion for both art and writing. I am hoping to continue pursuing these goals, and making a future from them...
