My husband, Billy and I retired in 1991 at the age of 38 and began traveling the world. We are recognized retirement experts and internationally published authors on topics of finance and world travel. I write under the name of Akaisha Kaderli and, while my husband and I often write as a team, I am the one who is applying for membership here on Red Room.
We have been interviewed about retirement and lifestyle issues by The Wall Street Journal, Kiplinger's Personal Finance Magazine, The Motley Fool Rule Your Retirement newsletter, nationally syndicated radio talk show host Clark Howard, Bankrate.com, SmartMoney, Minyanville, FOXBusiness and countless newspapers and TV shows nationally and worldwide.
We have a wealth of information that we share on our popular website RetireEarlyLifestyle.com, and we have been helping people achieve their own retirement dreams since 1991.
We continue to journal and photograph our world travels, and our home bases are located in Thailand, Mexico and the U.S.
We have been married over three decades, and enjoy the world of finance, fine cuisine, photography, and publishing, playing tennis, volunteering, traveling and learning about native peoples.
