As we draw near to the holiday that celebrates gratitude, sit down in a quiet place and take some time to think of all the people that have been with you this year.
Regardless of how long each person has been in your life or how much they know you, think of what they have done, how they have supported you and what they mean to you.
Life changes and most times, it is for the good. There may be people in your life that have been there for a long time but now are no longer around, whether by death, separation or parting of the ways. Think of them and send out love and gratitude energy for they are a part of who you have become today.
As you sit, take time to think how you can best show your appreciation to those still around; for them being the wonderful people they are and especially for their love and support.
Sometimes the day-to-day goes passes us by so quickly and we take those around us for granted. We often forget that one day they will be gone and we wonder if they really knew how much they meant to us. Why wonder? Make time to thank each person when you can. Don't do it just during the holidays; do it daily. If someone does something for you, stop them for a minute and look them straight in the eyes and say something such as, "I may not say this often but I really appreciate your love, your support and all that you do for me." You will be surprised how much those words will impact them and your relationship with them.
Nothing can ever go wrong when you show your love and your appreciation.
S0 with that, thank you for your words of encouragement, your support, your light and more importantly, your friendship and love.
