Moola Mantra - A Prayer of Humanity's Oneness

Last night I was talking to my London brothalove Benjamin about my commitment to focus my energy on Creator's goodness and humanity's oneness. I informed Benjamin that I have been chanting a oneness mantra that I discovered a few weeks ago during a visit to Yogini/Eco-entrepreneur Kimberly Wilson's Tranquil Space (http://www.tranquilspace.com/). It is called the Moola Mantra. This mantra is a prayer that helps me ask Creator for humanity's protection and freedom from all sorrow and suffering. It also has given me a greater sense of calm, peace, and joy. I have included the Sanskrit version of the mantra below.

Moola Mantra

Om Sat Chit Ananda
Parabrahma
Purushothama
Paramatma
Sri Bhagavathi
Sametha
Sri Bhagavathe
Namaha

Deva Premal, one of my favorite mantra chanters, recorded an entire CD dedicated to the mantra: DEVA PREMAL SINGS THE MOOLA MANTRA. I started playing it as my morning ritual. It is now embedded in my brain cells and finds it way into many moments of my day. This morning I googled the Moola Mantra and found a wonderful explanation with a great recording. Click here to read and listen: http://livinginoneness.com/Moola%20Mantra.htm. Here's another beautiful recording of the mantra: http://www.metacafe.com/watch/1143592/moola_mantra_by_noel/.

I invite you to say your own prayer of protection and oneness for humanity. We will all be blessed by your efforts in the same way that you will be blessed for giving us your prayers. Know that prayers are being said for you and your family too. It is a continuous cycle of love and light that never ends.

May you and your family be free of suffering. May you all be happy, peaceful, and filled with loving kindness and compassion. May you recognize your oneness with everything and everyone in the universe. May you accept yourself and others as you are. May you be patient with yourselves and others. May you honor your bodies as holy temples. May you save and spend your money wisely. May you vote with your heart. May you honor your gifts and the gifts of others. May you be love, love light, and live as the spirit of life. Ase. Amen. The light in me salutes the light in you. Namaste.

Peace and Oneness,

Ananda
