Nothing, Nothing, Nothing.  I woke warm, feeling quite well, but with no desire to write.

  Eventually, I did catch up with some email, etc.

  Then, it was off for a meeting with my Primary Care Doctor at Kaiser, my records clutched in my hand.  Nurse Isabella greeted me, and all my vital signs were normal.  My doctor discussed some adjustments to be made to my medicines, and scheduled another visit and, possibly, further tests in a couple of weeks.

   I returned to my apartment through the sunny, chilly, windy; Spring weather (as the cabby called it).  Then, more relaxed, I was able to write a bit and put things in order.

   Noelle Noelle had sent me a note on the internet, and I talked with Son Jason on the phone.

   Have a bit of a cough.  Ironically, Son Guy has developed a worse one than me (at this stage, at least). 

   Macresarf1 would write no more this day.
