One Page Description of “Little Jane and the Nameless Isle” “Little Jane and the Nameless Isle” is the second in the Little Jane Silver series of young adult adventure novels by Adira Rotstein from Dundurn Press featuring the grand-daughter of Long John Silver of “Treasure Island” fame. “Little Jane and the Nameless Isle” is projected to be a young adult novel about 350 pages in length. The first book in the series, “Little Jane Silver” was published by Dundurn in July of 2011 and was among their top selling titles for the autumn 2011 season. Plot Synopsis: Welcome to the Nameless Isle! Not your standard vacation spot, this particular island comes complete with a jagged circle of deadly black peaks and a charmingly shark filled moat, surrounding an occasionally lava-spewing central volcanic cone. No plants grow to distract from the all-black rock scheme except slippery green lichen and you'll be pleased to learn that no other creatures live here except giant mosquitoes and vomit-inducing orange birds of distinctly peculiar habits.
