Just in case you didn't believe me... the real letter from the agency!

EXT. LOS ANGELES- BEVERLY HILLS, LITTLE SANTA MONICA BLVD.-
NOON
NOTE: I've not seen a street labeled like this in EXT. shot before.

Seen from the back, WES ALVIREZ, a twenty-three years old
Latino man of slight build emerges from a building marked
"Medical Offices" onto Little Santa Monica Blvd holding a
plastic bag.

He wears a beat-up jean jacket, and the tight black jeans
favored by LA skatepunks.

He walks along the upscale shopping street with his hands in
his pockets, past chic clothing stores and organic sandwich
shops.
NOTE: Where's the bag Wes was holding?

The reflection of his face can be seen in the store window.
Although his black hair is cut short at the back, at the
front it is grown long and gelled into a stiff, impenetrable
curtain across the right side of his face, leaving only his
left eye visible. There is a thin white scar across the
bridge of his nose. The face reflected in the window looks
older than twenty-three years, worn out and tired eyed.
