What I'm Reading
My next book is The Children's Book by A.S. Byatt. I just finished The Best American Short Stories 2009, edited by Alice Sebold. Currently, I'm reading C.M. Mayo's historical novel, The Last Prince, about Austin de Iturbide y Green, the two year old Heir Presumptive to the Archduke of Austria, Maximilian von Habsburg, who was installed by Napoleon as Emperor of Mexico. Yes, this really happened.
Favorite Authors
I love everything by Jane Austen and Cormac McCarthy: how about that for strange bedfellows?
