Born in Sacramento, California. Grew up in the burbs. Originally very politically conservative (America could do no wrong.) Was educated and learned compassion and to walk in others shoes and am progressive in many areas, libertarian in a few, and traditional in a few. Studies Political Science and Psychology at the Univ. of Caifornia, Davis. Was a probation officer, and then a Library Supervisor at the Univ. of California, San Diego. Semi-retired to the idyllic community of Eureka Springs, Arkansas after writing my memoir, "Diary From the Dome, Reflections on Fear and Privilege During Katrina" (my memoir of being trapped in the Superdome during Hurricane Katrina and the levee failures.)
Hiking, camping, politics, animals, documentaries.
