Red Room Where the Writers Are

This if my first year doing NaNoWriMo. I've always had trouble in the past writing anything of any length(my longest manuscript being just over 30K) so I thought it would be a good way to make myself get more done. What I thought would be a 50K novel has evolved into a 120K novel. It's historical ficiton--which I'm a HUGE fan of, but I've learned that it's tough to write during NaNo. More than anything else I'd love to become a published author someday.
