There's been a fair amount going on and I find that I've been lax about posting out here. So here goes with a new update:

"Haunted Hearths and Sapphic Shades: Lesbian Ghost Stories" is now a finalist for the 2009 Goldie Awards. The Goldies are annual award given for different categories of lesbian lit - HH is a finalist in the speculative fiction category. In addion, 3 of the stories in the anthology were selected for the new annual anthology, Best Lesbian Fiction, forthcoming from Bedazzled Ink.

In my noneditorial life, I've been guest blogging out at "Oh, Get a Grip!" on the topic of establishing a setting for a story. I've also had 2 stories release in the last couple of weeks - "Wine-Dark Kisses" in Girl Crazy (Cleis Press, 2009) and "A Scent of Roses" in the new edition of So Fey: Queer Fairy Fiction (Lethe Press, 2009).

Finally, in today's big news, I was just informed that my story, "Just Another Girl on the Train" has been accepted for Vol. 9 of Best New Erotica, edited by Maxim Jakubowski. (Constable/Running Press, forthcoming 2009). :-D
