I cannot believe that there are actually people who designed a road system that takes 10 to 12 lanes of traffic and funnels them down to 4 and then expects traffic to flow smoothly. AND it is not as if this happens once or twice - this happens A LOT! Anyone who has driven on the New Jersey Turnpike...
