From Matt Lawson....
As we have seen and heard, The Imperial March is an iconic musical theme which resonates in today’s society.
While we have examined how the music works in the original Star Wars film series, it is also important to recognise how the musical theme resonates in other...

From Matt Lawson....
And so we reach the final episode of the original six film series. In 1983, The Return of the Jedi tied up the loose ends, and we saw Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker’s character come full circle.
As Emperor Palpatine continues to use Vader as a pawn to entice Luke to the dark...

Matt Lawson's series continues...
The first Star Wars film: A New Hope, released in 1977, did not feature the Imperial March. Far from there being a deeper musical reason, Williams simply hadn’t composed the leitmotif yet, and instead Vader and the Empire was accompanied by a simpler, less...

Sorry I didn't have a movie review Friday. Hubby is on his second fighting round with the nasty cold going around, so we were home locked. Did watch a bunch of episodes of Protect The Boss though. :P It blows my mind that I found a Korean drama on NetFlix. Heh heh.

Let's see what I did last week...
Angry Birds Star Wars
in the Death Pig
Getting crafty on some of these! Floaters and dangling pig troopers. :P
The gun on the floater is continually firing. Used Obiwan to use the force to shoot the boxes out like...

I'd heard (and read) a lot of negative reviews about this movie, so I approached it with great trepidation. After all, who wants to pay $11.50 per ticket and sit through an almost-three-hour film if it's terrible?
I needn't have...
