Now that my kids don't trick or treat any longer, it's time to put away Halloween frivolities. Or is it?
Nah! When I was a kid, I loved spooky stories, ghostly stories, things that went bump in the night.
From sweaty plastic masks to used ballroom gowns, Halloween was the best. Because after that...

Did I mention that I've been asked to present a workshop at the Futuristic, Fantasy and Paranormal RWA chapter conference in New Orleans next year?
It's an honor to be asked!
So I'm thrilled.
Then I received a request from my editor for longer synopsis on the two books for fall 2012, and the...

You've seen "updated" versions of old stories and I usually like the older versions because something is often lost in the updated story. Sometimes it's because the characterization has been set aside for the special effects. Sometimes it's just the higher technology that we have now doesn't...

I'm much more interested in the earth, not chemical equations and that sort of thing. I avoided the sciences that had to do with physics or chemistry when I was in college. Since I was a business major, I could take any sciences I wanted.

So if you have a review site and Sourcebooks isn't already sending you a book to review, let me know! :)
And if anyone is interested in an autographed copy of A...

But I LOVE how the Sourcebooks art department includes both the wolf and the hunk, in this case Jake...

My son sent me a picture of the Pensacola beach. Wish I was there!
But I repeat, no rain until spring?
I sure hope the weathermen are out of their minds!
But when I checked the weather report to see if we were ever getting a reprieve, no. None. Nada.
The winds from California are supposed to bring...

You spend months, sometimes years, perfecting a novel and so what do you have to show for it??? A book that is ready for readers to enjoy!
My only regret is that I finally have A GHOST OF A CHANCE AT LOVE available two years after my mother died. She and I used to love to visit Salado, Texas,...

One of the most fun things about self-publishing is having your own publishing schedule! I've got to work today, but since I've finished The Winged Fae, I've got The High Elf up to start working on. Can't find Tom's story (of the gray wolf pack in Destiny of the Wolf). Forgot the title I used...
