The Accidental Highland HeroB&NAmazonARe Books
Someone had posted a comedian's blurb about how his mother had told him that women didn't really care about muscles as much as if a guy had a sense of humor. He soon discovered mothers lie.
But just think, if you truly had to live with...

When I was a teen taking a creative writing class, I began a story like that. Yep. No kidding. It was a great story. Although...my teacher said it was a great story, she asked if it was true?
It had to be true?
All my stories are true, to an extent. When I envision a place, I research and...

...you look into someone's eyes?
People's eyes tell a lot about them. You've heard a million times that a smile doesn't reach his eyes, or hers. And what does that mean?
The person smiles, but not really. It's a mask, not a real smile at all.

Don't say you're going to fix the plumbing. Do it, and then if that doesn't work, hire someone that can do the job right.
It's been one of those weeks, or I should say last...

I LOVE this pumpkin!!! I am NOT an artist, but I have to say that this is really artwork to be loved.
It reminds me of my YA story: THE BEAST WITHIN that is about berserkers from the Norse world. And really, doesn't it suit the picture here too?
The little toothy beastly-looking mini jack-o-...

Now that my kids don't trick or treat any longer, it's time to put away Halloween frivolities. Or is it?
Nah! When I was a kid, I loved spooky stories, ghostly stories, things that went bump in the night.
From sweaty plastic masks to used ballroom gowns, Halloween was the best. Because after that...

Did I mention that I've been asked to present a workshop at the Futuristic, Fantasy and Paranormal RWA chapter conference in New Orleans next year?
It's an honor to be asked!
So I'm thrilled.
Then I received a request from my editor for longer synopsis on the two books for fall 2012, and the...
