Yesterdays and today’s rainfall beat Typhoon Ondoy, international code name Ketsana.
Three years ago, Typhoon Ondoy poured more than a month’s worth of rain in six hours, submerging most parts of Metro Manila and neighboring provinces.
This monsoon rainfall is not a typhoon, just pouring rain....

The hissing and the howling has not let up.
