I made Paella again tonight. The thing about Paella is that you have to be in the right mood to make it in the first place. There is no in-between place when it comes to Paella. I hadn't an iota what to make for dinner but, nevertheless, I drove to the fish market on the other side of town in search of some ideas. Hubby has banished me from the kitchen as he prepares dinner for a hungry family. He promises that the table will be weighed down with good food in a little over an hour or so, hopefully less than an hour. I am famished! Curried potatoes, his speciality, will grace our plates and Connemara lamb...
