Stealing Characters or Doing Research. Which is it?
    Dr. Ritchie England, President of the Montreal Council of women from 1915 to ? not sure. Also on the Exec of the Montreal Suffrage Association.  She would suffer an impeachment hearing in 1918 over her words about Conscription.. but she'd survive to be part of the new bilingual...
