Yes, there are a number of factual errors in this article, but the general premise I can agree with. Plus, I look upon it as positive that Kafka is being written about in Turkey. Kafka keeps proving to be a universal author.

There really is no doubt that Kafka considered himself an author of the German language. He also considered himself as a citizen of the Austro-Hungarian Empire - and when that disappeared, of the national entity which replaced it. His heritage and ancestry he considered to be Jewish.
