I use lists all the time. To do lists, partly for the immense satisfaction of crossing something out, grocery lists, and mental lists of what’s packed in the diaper bag, what’s in my bag before I step out the front door.

There's always something to work on. The lists are never finished.
Work on losing weight, work on improving health and cardivascular functions, stamina and endurance, work on keeping strength, toned, balanced and flexible.
Work on taking care of the cats, cleaning the house, fixing the house...
