This is my Easter ham with the Orange Dijon glaze recipe from Bones. We managed to demolish a good part of it for Easter lunch with my in-laws. I’ve been looking through an old French food book---comfort food, the food  I was raised on---and I’m marveling at the fact that I’m still alive. Considering the amounts of fats (and salt) I ingested, I should have died of a heart attack or a stroke a long time ago. Or, at least, suffered from gout...
