Lots of things going on this weekend, one of which is the springing forward of Daylight Savings Time. This year it isn't even spring yet before the country gets their internal clocks messed up again. Okay, perhaps I am speaking out of turn...maybe I should say it messes up my internal clock!

One of my nieces sent me a letter about flip flops a year or so ago. Although she "claimed" it was not a chain letter, that it was only done with fun in mind, it was a new take on the traditional chain letter. It was, the letter claimed, a way to get twenty or more pairs of flip flops...

With summer come flip flops! At least, it seems that way to me; however, even as a child (when, I think, they were first introduced many years ago), I did not find them particularly comfortable to wear and tended to shun them. Actually, I still find them uncomfortable, but I digress.
