Author Rankings: What do they mean?
A fascinating new feature debuted today on amazon.com: author rankings. So interesting on so many levels--JK Rowling isn't in the top ten?!? And look how many self-published authors are in the top 100. Amazing. My favorite thing about this list, though, is that in at number nine, Susanna Kearsley...
