A friend recently told me he was doing inventory because the powers that be wanted all the ducks in a row before they got there to count them. I told him it was easier to count the ducks when they were in a row instead of having to chase them down.
I've spent most of the past week chasing ducks....

The Great Dane Railway to Yuma The Yuma Book Tour went awesomely. We survived the dust storms and the driving rain. We outlasted my GPSs decision not to work. And we met --again-- a slew of extraordinary people, not to mention the Nazi Gold Hunter.
Let me tell you about it.

I heard last week that another Barnes and Noble store is closing. This one is (was) in Fort Worth. A victim of capitalism. Lots of supply, not enough demand. Actually, I don't know why the store is closing but I do know the nation's largest book seller is losing...
