Louise Marley is a former concert and opera singer who now writes fulltime. She is a two-time Endeavour Award winner, has had several ALA Best Books of the Year honors, and two Nebula nominations. Her bibliography includes science fiction, fantasy, and young adult fantasy, as well as one short story collection. Her trilogy THE HORSEMISTRESS SAGA appears under the pseudonym Toby Bishop.

Louise lives in the Seattle area with her family and her beloved wheaten Scottish Terrier, Piper. She loves books, music, yoga, and really good food and wine.
