From the cold sadness of this world

The wine of kisses from your lips

Feed me and solve my hunger

Quell my fears

And save me from this darkness

Hold me tight in the comfort of your arms

Do not let me slip away

Protect me from this confusion

That threatens to overwhelm me

Heal my wounds

With sweet love from your heart

Save me from boredom

And make me breathless with excitement

I plead with you

Stay with me

That we may both enjoy this moment

And forget the dark, evil world out there
